The Second Journey

On Tuesday, March 12, 2013, Dr. Michael L. Baker, the State Administrative Bishop of North Georgia Church of God, officially released the second devotional book written by Dr. Shibu Cherian called “United In THE WORD: The Second Journey”.

This 574-pages scripture devotional book has evolved from Dr. Cherian’s personal journey through the Bible in 2012, and contains a Bible reading schedule along with 365 daily devotions that will enable the reader to complete reading through the entire Bible in one year. Each of the daily devotionals has been carefully prepared after a great deal of prayer and reflection, and gives the reader rich insights and wonderful life lessons from God’s Word. Unlike many other Bible devotionals in the market today, this devotional is based on the Bible reading portion for that day, and the meditations are relevant for every believer who is sincerely seeking to hear from God every day. This book is also an excellent Bible study resource for teens, young adults, and older adults and will be a supplement to a serious study of God’s Word. This devotional contains different scriptural devotions from “The First Journey” book that was released last year.
